Carlos Mitchell TD Bank Manager located at 275 W. Merrick Road Valley Stream, NY 11580 decided to close my bank card twice. My TD Bank card was closed twice because Carlos stated I didn't have the correct phone number on file. As it turns out, Carlos wanted me to sign a Federal New Accout Form that states that Carlos will be sharing my personal information with third party companies. I felt very unsafe and at risk for fraud within the TD Team, so I will be canceling my TD Banking Account shortly. During a Pandemic Carlos was concerned about the correct phone number on file. I went to work late and took time away from my family in order to visit the TD Bank twice to correct such findings. Please address this issue according, so this doesn't happen in the future. I missed several bill payments on my account; as a result, of Carlos not showing the Caring Value for his TD Customer, Thank You, Vanessa Sampson
