Waited in queue more then an hour, temperature was negative.
Very worst and poor customer service
I am writing this complaint standing in queue @ TD branch at 96 Ave 128 street. It's raining and and 35 customers are infront of me just outside the entrance door. I am in queue for last 17 minutes. Bank doesn't have enough staff to deal the clientele bank have. The same situation I noticed couple days befor I visit the bank. The out side temperature was -4 degrees that day.
